A lot of what you’ve been taught to believe about your ability to heal is WRONG.
I hear women tell me that their gastrointestinal (GI) professional told them they could never heal/ always be gassy etc.
After my diagnosis with Crohn’s disease, I was told that I would go on flare-ups often throughout my lifetime, that I needed to take medication and eat restrictively for the rest of my days.
It is not about vilifying health professionals. They are needed. Medication is necessary for Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis. A follow-up is required.
GI doctors give the diagnosis. But they also often give a prognosis. They tell you how your life will look from the diagnosis and onwards - always.
And most of the time, it is not a happy ending.
It’s (super) stressful.
And quite simply, it’s just NOT working for our mental wellbeing.
It leaves you feeling overwhelmed and disappointed with results that are anything but long-lasting after all the effort you’ve put in trying so many different things.
How do I know this?
Of course...I used to be that person wasting my time.
And I wasn't alone.
In recent years, google searches like “how to stop bloating” or “natural remedy for Crohn’s” & “IBS” have dramatically increased.
And though more people than EVER are living their best life despite an autoimmune digestive disorder today thanks to the readily available information out there, there are so many people who aren’t.
And the reason for this is because the easily searchable and readily available teachings out there don’t take into consideration the deep-seated, unconscious, limiting beliefs that no commonly taught technique, like finding the right diet or taking this supplement, could ever overcome.
You see, most courses, books, and gurus out there will tell you to just “eat this, not that” “relax and don’t stress” or “think positive, never feel bad about your disease”, “get rid of everything ‘low vibe’ in your life, and live in a perpetual, unattainable state of ‘gratitude’” to be able to manifest the health you desire...
….as if you have to be some kind of always-upbeat robot to attract more health, wild success, a romantic relationship and a dream career.
And that’s not the fault of those who teach the old paradigm of how to heal and bring about more health.
I used to fall into the outdated belief that I could never really get to my optimal health, that healing is a logical, conscious process rather than an intuitive, subconscious one. A process that could just be forced through action rather than one that is allowed to flow through not trying so hard to heal but instead doing nothing. Trusting in your body’s ability to heal itself if you give it half a chance .
Thankfully, I learned that there’s a much simpler way to easily and effortlessly create the health and the things you want without getting caught up in the loop of overthinking, reactivity and franticness.
If that actually worked…. You wouldn’t be here right now reading these words on this page, would you?
I’ve been lucky enough to discover the tools and processes of healing Crohn’s symptoms at a relatively young age and go through the frustrating trial and error of what works vs what doesn’t early on. I’ve spent the last 14 years of my life studying all the data, the mechanics of the gut microbiome and inflammatory bowel conditions to figure out what actually works and what is just a bunch of fluff that’s been passed down and regurgitated.
Trust me… I’ve literally tried EVERYTHING.

Healing from Crohn’s, UC or IBS symptoms takes MORE than just nutrition and supplements.
It’s more than sitting in front of your computer researching the best diet/ program/ healer and expecting to open the tab at the same moment showing the nutrition plan that fits you specifically to a tee. It’s more than sitting in front of your computer making a digital vision board to slap onto the background of your phone and expecting to live that reality by the end of the week.
There are much deeper elements that just aren’t being commonly talked about or taught.
When things finally clicked for me, I went from being depressed, barely eating anything outside of my 4 “safe foods” and afraid to socialise fearing flares, to becoming highly energetic, running a business and eating any food without fear in just 6 months.
When you understand what truly works and what doesn’t, everything changes.
I have a different approach when it comes to healing and achieving your optimal health and wellbeing. One that’s much more effective, much more sustainable, way more attainable, and respects each person’s unique goals and points in life.
I’m sure it’s no surprise to you to learn that every human being is designed and wired differently. So why are we still creating one-size-fits-all approaches?!
My methodology takes into consideration that we are all unique beings having a human experience. We all have past traumas, allergies, food intolerances.
And, also true, you are GOING to have a bad day. You are GOING to get flooded with negative emotions, worry and “bad vibes'' from time to time. You can’t spend your entire life avoiding what you don’t want to think or feel just because it’s uncomfortable. You can’t spend your entire life obsessing over every single diet or thought just to make sure you’re “getting rid of’ those symptoms” and “thinking positively 100% of the time.”
Even people who have been in remission for years have days when they get bloated or gassy. Even the happiest people have negative thoughts.
My approach to healing is about completely rewiring the subconscious mind (the part of your mind that lies underneath the surface and is responsible for creating 95% of your reality); releasing the things that are getting in the way of you receiving health, well-being and more of what you want.
